COSTUME

Competition Costume Payment due:  October 15th, 2017
Recital Costume Payment due:  November 15th, 2017

SOLO AND DUET

Solos and Duets are invitational.

BALLET, TAP, JAZZ, ACRO EXAM STUDENTS 

RAD ballet, ADAPT Jazz Exam, CDTA Tap and ACROBATIC ARTS Acro Exams are offered. Exams will be offered to students demonstrating the required skill level, discipline and excellent attendance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods- Credit Card, Cheque, Cash

*First and Last months tuition payment is due at time of registration as a deposit for the year, as well as the registration fee and BGCA fee (if not already paid).  Additional payments will start September  30th ,2017 and follow through on the first of each month, including and ending with April 30th, 2018.

*You may pay in full at registration or choose the option of 10 equal payments.  Postdated cheques or pre-authorized payment made for the last day of each month.  First payment due at the time of registration- additional payments are Sept. 30th – April 30th, 2017/2018

*You may pay in full at time of registration or choose the 10 equal payments option, if you have a credit card on file with us.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

*Cancellations, Withdrawals will only be accepted up until December 31st.  Such notice must be written and submitted no later than December 31st, in order to receive a refund of paid tuition.  This does not include registration fees or first and last months payment.  After December 31st, your dancer may withdraw but all fees and tuition for the remainder of the season will be processed.  No Exceptions.

*One month written notice must be given for all Class Withdrawals.  Please give notice by the 1st of the month as partial months tuition will not be refunded.

*No refunds will be given after January 31st, 2017 for any withdrawals, due to performance preparations.

COMPETITION STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS

  • Junior Level – one ballet class a week is required
  • Junior 3 and up – Jazz Technique class is required to be registered in the competition Jazz class and minimum of one ballet class
  • Pre-Intermediate and up – two or more ballet classes per week and Jazz Technique class mandatory to be in Competitive Jazz class.
